How can I easily get pregnant?

If you want to get pregnant easily then you must try to conceive during your most fertile period i.e. around ovulation. You must try to eat healthy and balanced nutritious meals as well as keep a check on your weight for gaining pregnancy. Adopting a healthy lifestyle also helps you to attain conception quickly. This incorporates doing light exercise on a regular basis and staying away from oily and processed food items. Staying away from liquor and stress is also equally important for a woman who is trying for conception. The last thing that can help you to get pregnant easily is taking up a prenatal appointment with your gynecologist to know your reproductive health and stocking up the supplements as recommended for obtaining pregnancy.

Is it possible for a pregnant lady or an expectant mother to ovulate in pregnancy?

No. This question confuses many ladies prior to their first conception or first pregnancy. The fact is that menstruation occurs only when the lady is not pregnant.
